My child is under 7 years old, do I need to reserve a place for him/her?
No, the free admission he receives is granted on-site. You cannot reserve a seat for him online, but his access will be guaranteed. On-site, a free ticket can be issued from our automated kiosks.
Can I pay for my tickets with holiday/culture vouchers?
Tickets can only be paid for with paper holiday vouchers on site, and any additional charges must be paid exclusively in cash. Culture vouchers are not accepted.
