Tickets are non-refundable. However, you can exchange your ticket date/slot from your account on our online ticketing website under the "Orders" tab. Ticket exchanges cost €2 per ticket and are only possible once, up to one day before your visit. We thank you for your careful exchange of tickets.

If you need to change your date or time slot, we invite you to:

1) Log in to your account and click on the “Orders” tab, then on the “Exchange” button

2) select the tickets to exchange
3) choose a date, a time slot, the price and the number of tickets for each price if there are several
4) pay the exchange fees.

In the event of cancellation by Culturespaces of the service listed on the ticket, customer service will contact you as soon as possible by email or text message to inform you and will offer you:
- or, if possible, with the same ticket, the postponement of the service concerned to a different day and/or time(s),
- or a refund of the ticket concerned, specifying the terms and conditions.
